$122,000-162,600 per year

The Job You Will Perform:

The Paper Manufacturing Solutions Groups work closely with multiple businesses to support tactical and strategic initiatives to improve results and drive business strategy to achieve or exceed their targeted performance levels. This involves prioritizing with the various businesses their needs and allocating resources; working with the various Finished Products areas to develop mill specific priorities, goals, and metrics; and coordinating efforts with other center of excellence groups to maximize effectiveness of the Technology effort. Paper Manufacturing Solutions SME's work together within all of the global paper manufacturing facilities to improve paper machine performance, reduce variability, improve quality and lower manufacturing costs.

This position may support confidential business-planning initiatives such as strategic rationalization studies, and acquisition due diligence reviews.

The Paper Manufacturing Solutions groups provides internal customers, 24/7 owner-loyal process expertise in improving manufacturing operations, restoring interrupted service, and providing start-up support to major capital projects. These groups support international operations and global travel may be expected. Total travel for an SME can be expected to be up to 75%.

The Skills You Will Bring:

* Minimum of 10 years of Paper Industry experience with at least 5 years in paper manufacturing.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to groups and individuals at all levels.

* Demonstrated leadership focused on accountability and results.

* Thorough knowledge of paper mill operations and processes.

* Basic computer skills with Microsoft office and the ability to learn new operating systems for data collection and analysis.

* Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to use organized data based approaches to resolve issues.

* Proven history of effective safety leadership in previous roles

* Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Paper Science, or Related Business Field is preferred, industry experience will be considered.
