Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for operational and administrative aspects of the sales and account retention process including consulting with the Sales and Account teams regarding marketing content/messaging, providing support with analyzing market trends, providing quality assurance for finalist presentations as requested, assisting with prospect intelligence and providing logistical support for sales-related events. This position also supports sales tracking and reporting through Prime's CRM tool including process documentation, training, data analysis, dashboards and creation of presentations to support internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product areas to ensure timely and effective value messaging, along with the development of additional materials in response to market needs and corporate-capabilities development
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and edits high-profile sales and renewal presentations to ensure appropriate messaging and accuracy of content
  • Document employer account requests in the CRM tool, including but not limited to formulary and network analyses, agendas, and notes, identified dependencies or risks, key decision points and outcomes, and any next steps, agreed actions and responsibly parties; capture data within the CRM tool to ensure it can be leveraged as a source of truth
  • Produce prospect-specific intelligence reports for Sales Executives for high-profile cases
  • Produce sales and account management reports both regularly and as-needed to meet departmental and corporate metrics requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, and/or sales performance
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CRM, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple projects at one time
Preferred Qualifications
  • PBM and/or Healthcare experience
  • Ability to interface across multiple areas and coordinate resources to increase win and retention rates

Minimum Physical Job Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Reporting Structure
  • Reports to Principal in the Client Engagement department
Potential pay for this position ranges from $56,500.00 - $85,100.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
